Terms and Conditions
We accept returns for damaged and defective items within 14 days of receipt of goods. A full refund or exchange will be provided upon request. The issued damage must be from our part (unstitching, dye bleeding, etc). If damage is judged to be done through mistreatment of garment by buyer we will not accept the return. We accept exchanges only for items that do not fit within 7 days from receipt of goods. Customer pays for return fees.
Tracking numbers are provided for orders in Canada and US only. You may request extra shipping insurance at an additional cost (please contact us). Tracked orders come with insurance up to 100$.
International orders are shipped with standard airmail without tracking to minimize shipping costs. We are not responsible for any parcels lost during shipment. A picture proof can be provided upon request to confirm that your order has shipped. If you would like to request a tracking number to guarantee receipt of order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, we will provide a tracked shipping method at an additional cost.
Please read the description of the item for processing times before shipment, as some items are made to order and require additional time to produce.
